How Can You Track Your Packages?

PackageHopper makes shipping items from the United States to over 210 nations and territories across the world simple and inexpensive. All you have to do is provide us with a delivery address, tell us what's in the box, and select from several affordable international shipping options. Print your shipping label and export documents, then take your box to a drop-off site near you.

Once you’re package is en route, you can start tracking its progress! (We recommend waiting at least 1 business day to ensure it has been sorted by the carrier.)

To track your package:

  1. Simply go to our Track Package page, found in the top menu of our website.
  2. Select between UPS or FedEx, depending on which option you chose to send your package with.
  3. Enter the shipment tracking number, and voila! You will be able to see where your package is at the moment.

It’s as simple as that. Depending on the service, you may also see an estimated delivery date based on current conditions too! This way, your recipient—whether they be a customer or family member—know when to look out for delivery.
