New DHL Express Options

PackageHopper has now created new ways to save money on shipping costs without pulling out complicated calculations to deduce the cost: DHL Express Service options. Learn more about these three new shipping options available.

DHL Express Services:

Most things have stayed the same as how you enter your information. On the homepage, you’ll enter where you’re sending from, your desired destination location, and the weight and dimensions of your package. Once you select “Check My Rates,” you’ll see these new service options.

DHL Express Small Box

This option is available for packages with linear dimensions equal to or less than 36 inches, with a 70 lbs maximum weight limit. While we label the service DHL Express Small Box, we’ll only bill you on the actual weight of the item with TruePrice™!

DHL Express Medium Box

This option is available for packages with linear dimensions equal to or between 37 and 60 inches, with a 70 lbs maximum weight limit. Like our other PackageHopper Express service mentioned above, we will only bill you on the actual weight of the item with TruePrice™.

DHL Express Big Box

This option is available for packages with linear dimensions equal to or above 61 inches. Unfortunately, due to its size, this option is NOT billed on actual weight or qualifies for TruePrice™. Instead, it is billed on dimensional weight, so prices will vary on the dimensions of your package.

"Has Anything Changed on How My Packages Are Shipped?"

Nothing has changed in how we handle your packages once you drop them off at your local USPS location. Your parcels will be forwarded to our PackageHopper facility in Sarasota, Florida, where our team of experts will verify the size and contents. They will prepare the exportation documentation, if applicable, ensure your shipment is safely packed for transit, and ship it via a top-rated global courier.
