New Shipping Options Available

PackageHopper has now added new service options thanks to our partnerships with Australia Post (APG) and Freight Mark (FMX). These new service options provide a variety of choices available for our users who are shipping to international locations. Learn more about these two new service lanes that are now available.

Shipping to Australia or New Zealand?

Suppose you are looking to send packages to Australia and New Zealand. In that case, you will now see new options with Australia Post when using PackageHopper to find the best shipping rates. 

Australia Post service options are now available for small and medium-sized packages. 

Australia Post Small Box

This option is available for packages with linear dimensions equal to or less than 36 inches, with a 40 lbs maximum weight limit. We’ll only bill you for the package's actual weight with TruePrice™!  

Australia Post Medium Box

This option is available for packages with linear dimensions equal to or between 37 and 60 inches, with a 40 lbs maximum weight limit. Like our other service mentioned above, we will only bill you based on the actual weight of the package with TruePrice™.

Shipping to Malaysia, Singapore, or Thailand?

Suppose you want to send packages to Malaysia, Singapore, or Thailand. You will also see new service options available with Freight Mark when using PackageHopper to find the best shipping rates. 

Freight Mark service options are now available for small and medium-sized packages. 

Freight Mark Small Box

This option is available for packages with linear dimensions equal to or less than 36 inches, with a maximum weight of 19 lbs if sending to Malaysia, 6 lbs if sending to Singapore, and 3 lbs if sending to Thailand. As part of our TruePrice™ initiative, we’ll only bill you based on the package's actual weight! 

Freight Mark Medium Box

This option is available for packages with linear dimensions over 36 inches and up to 60 inches, with a maximum weight of 19 lbs if sending to Malaysia, 6 lbs if sending to Singapore, and 3 lbs if sending to Thailand. And you’ll only pay the TruePrice™ based on the weight of your package.  

“Has Anything Changed to How My Packages Are Shipped?”

Your parcels will be forwarded to our PackageHopper facility in Sarasota, Florida, where our experts will verify the size and contents. In addition, they will prepare the exportation documentation and ensure your shipment is safely packed for transit. If you select these new service options, the only change you’ll notice to our usual procedures is when your orders are processed. 

Packages shipped with Australia Post will be processed and shipped out three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Your packages will leave our Sarasota facility to Miami, where they will be transported overseas through Australia Post. They will arrive at their location approximately 6-12 business days after leaving our facility. 

Packages shipped with Freight Mark will be processed and shipped out two times a week, Monday and Thursday. Your packages will leave our Sarasota facility and be transported to Freight Mark via commercial air freight. They will arrive at their location approximately 6-12 business days after leaving our facility.
