PackageHopper Closed Due to Hurricane Ian

In response to Hurricane Ian and its immediate impact on the Sarasota area, the PackageHopper facility will be closed after 12 PM ET on September 27 and will remain closed through September 29. Your packages are secure in our facility, and we will safely resume operations effective Friday, September 30 at 8:00 am.

While this delay may inconvenience your delivery timeline, the safety of our employees is our priority. Our PackageHopper members will still be able to print labels but will see delays in the delivery to our Sarasota facility. Please note our customer service team may also experience delays while handling your requests or inquiries. We will resume forwarding international shipments once we confirm it is safe to proceed with normal business operations. Customers with domestic shipments may or may not experience delays, dependent on the desired delivery location within the US.
